Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment. YoForex employs risk management tools, such as stop-loss orders and take-profit targets, to mitigate risks, though they cannot be fully eliminated.
Trading Methodology
YoForex uses a server-based copy trading system. Trades are executed on a master account, replicated across connected accounts. Key parameters include:
- Prop Firm Accounts: 2% risk per trade, 4% drawdown limit.
- Real Accounts: 10% risk per trade, 40% drawdown limit.
Lot size, risk per trade, and drawdown limits can be customized upon client confirmation.
Limitations of Liability
YoForex is not liable for losses due to software or hardware malfunctions, technical issues, or human error. Prop firm passing and account management fees cover time, expertise, and server maintenance costs, and are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Due to operational costs, YoForex does not offer refunds on prop firm passing or account management fees. Existing clients may contact support for possible solutions on a case-by-case basis.
