1. Digital Delivery Process
Automated Trading Solutions and Indicators
YoForex provides Expert Advisors (EAs), AI trading bots, indicators, and other digital trading solutions. Here’s how the delivery process works:
- Instant Access: Upon completing your purchase, you will immediately receive a download link on the confirmation page and via email.
- Email Confirmation: A purchase confirmation, including your product details and download instructions, will be sent to your registered email.
VIP Signals, Prop Firm Passing Service, and Account Management
For subscription-based services like VIP Signals, Prop Firm Passing, and Account Management:
- Access Upon Purchase: Once payment is processed, your access to these services is activated. Login details or access instructions are sent to your registered email within minutes.
- Prop Firm Passing Service: This service includes evaluation passing support for various prop firms. Real-time updates will be provided during the evaluation period.
- Educational Courses: Courses are accessible immediately after purchase. Course materials can be accessed directly from your account page on YoForex.
2. Subscription Options and Service Delivery
YoForex offers flexible subscription plans for specific services, including VIP Signals and Real Account Management:
- Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime Plans: Subscription services are billed at your chosen frequency, activating the respective service immediately after purchase.
- Live Trading Sessions: Access is granted for live sessions per the schedule outlined in your service confirmation email.
3. Cancellation Policy
Digital Products (EAs, Indicators, and Other Downloadables)
- Before Download: Orders for digital products can be canceled before you access the download link. To request a cancellation, contact support@yoforex.net with your order number.
- After Download: Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations are not allowed once the download link has been accessed.
Subscription-Based Services (VIP Signals, Account Management, Live Trading Sessions)
- Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions: Cancellations for subscription services are allowed at any time before the next billing cycle. However, partial refunds are not available for unused portions of the current subscription period.
- Lifetime Subscriptions: Cancellations for lifetime subscriptions are allowed only within 7 days of purchase, if no service has been used.
Prop Firm Passing Service
If you decide to cancel the Prop Firm Passing Service, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not allowed as the service is already in progress.
4. Refund Policy
Automated Trading Solutions, Indicators, and EAs
- Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue within 14 days of purchase and our support team cannot resolve it, a refund will be issued.
Prop Firm Passing Service
- Guaranteed Success: If we are unable to pass your prop firm challenge, we will fully refund your service fee and cover the cost of your next evaluation challenge, ensuring no risk to you.
VIP Signals and Other Subscription Services
- Unused Subscription: Refunds are available only for unused services if canceled within 7 days of purchase. No refunds are issued for used or partially used services.
