Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and prospects within the forex and fintech industry, expanding Yoforex’s client base by pitching products and services to potential customers.
- Account Management: Manage existing client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, understanding client needs, and offering personalized solutions to help them succeed with our trading products.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by offering exceptional customer service, regular follow-ups, and tailored solutions.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional Yoforex products and services to existing clients, maximizing client value and company revenue.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales by engaging with prospects through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Support: Act as the first point of contact for any issues or inquiries, working closely with technical and support teams to ensure swift resolution of client problems.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report sales and account management performance metrics, including revenue growth, client retention rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about forex market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and provide relevant advice to clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maintaining company profitability.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer support teams to align on client needs, sales strategies, and service delivery.
Required Skills:
- Strong Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships in a B2B or B2C environment, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex products and services in a clear and compelling manner.
- Client-Focused: A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to offer personalized solutions to ensure long-term customer success.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Fintech/Forex: Prior experience in sales or account management roles within the fintech, forex, or financial services industries is highly preferred.
- CRM Knowledge: Proficiency with CRM software (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track sales activity, manage client relationships, and generate performance reports.
- Sales Certifications: Sales certifications or relevant qualifications in sales and account management are an advantage.
- Networking Skills: Ability to network effectively at industry events and trade shows, expanding the company’s presence and driving new business.
- Multilingual Skills: The ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus, though not required.
