YoForex offers Expert Advisors (EAs), indicators, and other trading tools. To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • Software: Refunds on software purchases (EAs, indicators, etc.) are available if you experience significant technical issues within 14 days of purchase that cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Physical Products: If applicable, physical items may be eligible for returns or refunds if received damaged or defective.

2. Return & Refund Request Process

Step 1: Initiate a Request

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots, if applicable, to illustrate the problem

Step 2: Resolution Timeline

  • Response Time: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  • Technical Support: Our support team will troubleshoot and provide solutions within 5 business days. If the issue persists and cannot be resolved, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Verification: In cases of repeated refund requests, YoForex reserves the right to deny refunds if policy abuse is detected.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved Refunds: Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are ineligible for refunds, including:

  • Promotional items
  • Gifted software or tools
  • Services already rendered (e.g., consulting or one-time customization services)
