Introduction

ThunderGold Scalper EA V1.40 MT5 is an Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 built for automated gold trading on XAUUSD and GOLD. It uses a proprietary multi-factor decision engine with market structure, trend, candle quality, volume, momentum and execution controls. The EA waits for qualified setups instead of trading continuously. Version 1.40 matches official build 1.4: ForexFactory high-impact news filter, optional custom SL/TP/trailing inputs, weekend pending-order cancel, and no grid strategy. Each trade uses defined stop loss and take profit. Results depend on spread, slippage, broker execution and settings. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

• News filter: enabled; allow WebRequest for https://nfs.faireconomy.media
• NewsCurrencies: USD, or leave empty to watch all
• InpSL_Points / InpTP_Points / trailing inputs: 0 to keep built-in values unless you have tested custom points on your broker symbol
• Algo Trading: must stay enabled
• VPS: recommended, close to the broker server
• Do not increase lot size after a losing trade
• Test on demo or 0.01 lot before raising size

• News filter needs WebRequest setup and does not run in Strategy Tester
• Requires MT5, Algo Trading and preferably a VPS to stay online
• Wrong custom SL/TP/trailing values can break the default model
• No guaranteed profit; live results can differ from backtests and from other brokers
